Infor is the world’s 3rd largest provider of enterprise software, with approximately $2.1 billion in revenue, and the 10th largest software company in the world. TechRP is an integral Infor resource provider and Partner. TechRP has deployed several resources over the past 2 years for Infor’s epiphany Implementations.
Infor Projects where TechRP deployed its epiphany resources
(1) IMG (Infor Marketing Group): TechRP deployed its Sales and Service Solutions Architect for this internal Infor project for 4 months. Infor’s Global Marketing Operations team defined this project to implement Epiphany Sales & Marketing for Campaign Management, Lead Management and overall Reporting & Analytics taking into consideration the need to manage marketing activities in a single system that meets the business needs globally
(2) Family Christian Stores, USA: TechRP’s Inbound Marketing consultant worked on campaign assessment, IA installation and design.
(3) Erickson, USA: TechRP’s Outbound Marketing consultant worked on campaign assessment, campaign generation and market/ROI analysis.
(4) Snap-on, USA: TechRP’s Sales and Service consultants worked onsite at Snap-on, Chicago reporting directly to INFOR’s managers. Snap–on’s intent was to develop a system for improving and implementing scalable, cost-effective customer relationship and call ticketing management. This project was developed in Epiphany 7.0 with sales, service and marketing modules. TechRP’s Consultants were involved starting from the requirements stage. They helped in understanding of the existing process and prepared GAP analysis for the new application. This is one of the first Epiphany Sales and Service 7.0.x implementations.
(5) Epiphany Inc, USA: Five of TechRP’s current CRM team members played a crucial role in the development of Epiphany products in 2001/02/03 for their Sales, Service & Self-Service applications for CRM and Insight products based on Epiphany AS (Analytical Services) platform. In addition to product development, our members provided support to Epiphany Inc on the bug tracking system and all other Customer Support applications using Epiphany Sales & Service. |

- Carefirst (BCBS), USA: Carefirst (Blue Cross and Blue Shield) is a Maryland based organization which is into Healthcare and Insurance services. The USS implementation using Sales & Service 6.54 is designed to provide the Customer Support system that delivers operational efficiency, improves customer service, and positions Care First for future market opportunities. TechRP customized Epiphany 6.53 for USS implementation and performed real time integration with the source systems and Computer Telephone Integration (CTI) using Genesys.
- Emerson Climate Technologies, USA: Emerson Climate Technologies is a subsidiary of Emerson Corp, St. Louis, USA. TechRP manages Emerson’s epiphany Sales (mobile) and service applications using an onsite-offshore business model. TechRP’s principal business Analyst and manager manages this engagement from onsite in Ohio. TechRP helped ECT (Emerson Climate Technologies) in improving the Performance of the application, development and deployment processes by upgrading the existing applications from 6541 to 6543 and Integrating with other internal applications like Order Tracking and Surveys. TechRP supported ECT by providing 24x7 support with its onsite and offshore model. TechRP continues to help Emerson achieve the best ROI from the epiphany application.
- Wells Fargo Bank, USA: Wells Fargo & Company is a diversified financial services company providing banking, insurance, investments, mortgage and consumer finance through almost 6,000 stores, the Internet and other distribution channels across North America and internationally. Frontier is a CRM application for Wells Fargo Insurance, Inc’s Call Center and TechRP deployed 2 of its senior epiphany consultants to Minneapolis to assist with WFB’s Frontier implementation.
- Ebookers- UK/Orbitz- USA/Travel Bag-UK: TechRP’s consultants had worked on the 2003-04 epiphany implementations in Sales, self-service and Marketing applications. Currently, TechRP has been contracted for a full year to provide customization, enhancements, fixes and technical support for Ebooker’s Project Austin which is basically a data migration project. TechRP will also provide critical support for ebookers on CME and Analytics. TechRP’s extensive epiphany background is helping the ebookers new management better understand and maintain the ebookers marketing portals. Recently, TechRP helped EBookers Marketing division during gap analysis, data cleansing, defect fixing and campaign functions leading to enable an error free, enhanced Marketing Activities for improved Customer Retention. TechRP also assists EBookers in end to end testing including Unit Testing, SIT and UAT for integration of a new source system, Austin, with Epiphany.
- Unisys, Australia: TechRP is currently implementing Marketing/CME and Service functions for Racing Victoria, a client of Unisys Australia. TechRP has been involved in end to end implementation/customization for online Customer Service Management, Membership Management, Membership Rewards Management and Order Management. TechRP is also implementing Elasticpath integration with web self service. Recently, in 2008, TechRP was awarded a support contract for 1 full year.
- Microsoft, USA: TechRP’s Solutions Architect and his team completed Epiphany Campaign Management and Analytical Services Solution upgrade from AS version 5.5 to 6.8. TechRP’s Architect was also instrumental in designing and developing the project’s schema for the 500 Gig database. TechRP’s consultants worked for Microsoft Redmond, USA to upgrade marketing data of ETENDARD and EMMA LATAM for France and Canada marketing users.
- Caterpillar (Solar Turbines), USA: TechRP successfully implemented an Inquiry Forecasting System (IFS) in the Solar Turbines’ existing Epiphany - Sales 6.5.4 module. This system helped the sales team in converting leads into opportunities and also to generate quotes for the same. This provides the functionality to analyze sales efforts and project future sales; thus equipping Solar Turbines with better sales prospects. TechRP was also involved in implementing Crystal reports for Solar Turbines. Solar Turbines project was executed in an offshore development environment.
- CIGNA Worldwide Insurance, USA and HK: TechRP consultants were engaged in Epiphany application up-gradation from version 6.5.1 to 6.5.4 for CIGNA, USA. This upgrade in 2nd qtr 2006 helped CIGNA improve operational efficiency and deliver better customer service. In addition, TechRP deployed its service center lead to CIGNA, Hong Kong-China early this year.
- Sun Chemicals, USA: Three of TechRP’s CRM team members provided support to Sun Chemicals when it moved its CRM/Epiphany production support and application maintenance offsite. In addition to providing remote development and application maintenance, TechRP’s team members were involved in extensive training on Epiphany Sales and Service Application development.
- Harley Davidson, USA : TechRP was recently added as a specialty epiphany vendor to Harley Davidson. Work is being awaited on Epiphany service for this client as of May 2008.
