We have done all kinds of OScript, LAPI, and SQL programming (LiveReports, WebReports, stored procedures, triggers, and utilities) as well as administration and maintenance. We have done initial implementations and major upgrades. Our staff includes experts in workflow design and customization, as well as taxonomy modeling (community, information, and security models). |

We sell direct to our clients and do not use any other distribution channel. We focus exclusively on the Livelink marketplace, with a specialization around integrating Livelink with Microsoft Office SharePoint Portal Server and Windows SharePoint Services. Toward this end, we are a Microsoft Registered partner with plans to achieve certification in Information Worker Solutions with a specialization in Portals and Enterprise Content Management. |

Our original idea was to do project work only: take specific requirements and give you a bid, normally fixed-price. But our focus on customer satisfaction led us to launch a program for independent assignments, or staff augmentation. We offer qualified consultants according to the following rate schedule. This shows hourly rate by the experience level of the consultant and the length of the engagement. |

A junior consultant will have at least two years as a software engineer and at least one year with TechRP, with 1,500 hours of project work and 500 hours of training. A senior consultant will have at least five years in the industry and at least three years of Livelink work, with a minimum of 500 hours at TechRP doing project work. |
