  e-Learning , Multimedia and Application Development Projects  
     
  1. Meridian KSI, USA : TechRP is currently the only offshore partner for Meridian KSI (www.meridianksi.com) which is an LMS company out of Virginia. TechRP deployed 3 resources onsite and the overall team was recently increased to add an offshore component of 4 developers. TechRP assists Meridian KSI on ASP/.NET application development, IDE/courseware development, graphics design and QA. This model has been replicated for several of Meridian’s elearning clients that use SABA, Oracle ilearn, WebCT, NetD and several open source LMS products.
  1. TalentKeepers™, USA: TalentKeepers™ offers Web-based, integrated employee retention solutions and is dedicated to enabling organizations keep talented people by reducing unwanted turnover and improving employee retention. TechRP provided in-house web application development work on their web-based courses using Flash Action Script, Dreamweaver, Authorware, JavaScript, JSP/ASP, PHP / MySQL.  TechRP has also provided assistance with achieving Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) compliance for TalentKeepers™ modules hosted on Meridian KSI LMS.
    • TechRP converted all their current modules into SCORM compliant modules and updated them with latest Flash versions.
    • Was involved in in-house web application development work on their web based courses using Flash ActionScript, Flex, Dreamweaver, Javascript, JSP/ASP, PHP/MySQL, Lectora
    • LMS used was Meridian KSI
  2. Visa, Singapore: TechRP developed courses and content for 100 modules in Visa’s training division.  TechRP consultants have also provided assistance with achieving Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) compliance and Aviation Industry CBT Committee (AICC) compliance.  Additionally, TechRP has been involved in the development of interactive videos and online content design.
  3. Cognos, USA: TechRP developed a training module on Cognos Power Play with complex software simulations. This interactive eLearning capsule enables learner to select the different learning paths. Complex interactions developed using Flex enables learners to create reports in Tabular/Graphical formats.
  4. State Bank of India, India: TechRP developed a training module that provides bank managers and marketing professionals with complete awareness of the banks’ products.  TechRP also provided assistance with achieving Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) compliance. The training modules are hosted on Oracle iLearn.
  5. CBT Corp (End Client  : Boeing, USA):  In this project, TechRP developed ESD Certification Program Version 5.0 for CBT Corp’s end Clients   “Boeing”. This project was implemented in several phases. The following were the deliverables for this project:
    • Develop an installed version of the Web-based training with an install routine to install to a Windows server running IIS.  (Flash Version)
    • CBT version with an install routine that is loaded from a cd-rom onto current windows server platforms. (Authorware Version)
    • CBT version with an install routine this is loaded from a cd-rom onto single user windows platforms computer. (Authorware Version)
 
  1. Emergent Technologies, Walnut Creek, California: Essess is a tool used to create online Assessments, using this tools one can create Online Exams in no time.
  2. Net Dimensions– Hong Kong: TechRP purchased Net Dimensions LMS and started implementing it in-house. We conducted internal training for implementing the same. Installed the LMS in multiple locations (in TechRP’s offices and in TechRP’s Clients locations).
  3. Indian Railways Training Institute, India: TechRP developed 50 hours of content for the Indian Railroad company on a 3rd party LMS.

  10. Confidential Insurance Company, USA: TechRP worked to provide a “platform” to the insurance business of a financial company that will allow for the input of Special Handling information by policy in an organized format. The platform was built and allowed for external connects to information so it does not need to be recreated within the database. It was connected to NaviLink so it could be accessed from within NavilLink and NaviLink was able to recognize that there is an entry for a policy on this platform and display it to the user.
  11. Alliance Bank, Malaysia: The main objective of this C# based solution was to automate the various functions and activities of the bank through Internet. Integration of all modules like Teller Services, Transaction Services, Bill Payment Services, and Maintenance Services was undertaken.
  12. Avaya Communications, USA: TechRP deployed one of its principal BEA consultants to Avaya communications for over 3 years. He developed a Discount Approval Tool which is a centralized global web based Application for Sales and Business Partners to submit discount approval requests and terms & conditions with a single repository for tracking and reporting. The system uses Avaya’s Workflow Framework for approval process and Avaya’s Isphere Event Server as Discount Approval Rule repository. It has been built using the SOA principles with BEA Aqualogic Enterprise Service Bus being the Service Broker.
  13. United India Insurance Company Limited (UIICO), India: TechRP’s Enterprise Application team in our RDC in India designed and developed a real-time auditing & tracking system supporting all variants of cost-per advertising. The system provides detail down to the individual sales transaction and automatically calculates invoices based on billing terms in the database. It supports hybrid campaigns and custom thresholds (i.e. rate for 1st 10,000 clicks). The system manages funds disbursement for direct participant Etailers. The system was delivered as a turn-key solution with a Managed Service Provider contract and also hosted with an Application Service Provider contract. The platform includes: Oracle 9i; ASP.NET & VB.NET (for Win2K server release); JSP & Java (for Linux release); XML.
