Mary Farling (President)
As the founder of MedRP Intl, Inc, and as President, Mary Farling has led the company in a rapid cycle of innovation and growth, enabling MedRP Intl to win recognition as one of the 500 woman-owned businesses in the United States from 2000 till date. Under her guidance, MedRP Intl has developed into a global presence in delivering information technology solutions and Medical Staffing Resources within the United States with support from China, Philippines and India.
Ms. Farling has been an innovator in the high tech industry for over 12 years. Prior to founding MedRP Intl, she was a co-founder of Professional Data Exchange, Inc, a technical staffing and solutions firm. Mary played a key part in the company's success and sold her interest in the company in 2000. Either by choice or out of necessity, at one time or another she has had to perform every job duty within these companies and therefore has a great appreciation for each and every employee's position.
Dean Farling (Chief Executive Officer)
Dean Farling sets the strategic direction for MedRP Intl Inc with a focus on integrating the company's offices throughout the world into a unified global system that effectively and efficiently serves the company's employees and growing customer base. A seasoned Professional with more than twenty five years of experience, Dean has specialized in overseeing Global Business Operations at companies that have expanded through mergers and acquisitions. Before joining MedRP Intl, Dean Farling was running Professional Data Exchange, Portland for over 7 years.
John Magagnini (Executive Vice President)
Johnny M. Magagnini is the Executive Vice President of MedRP Intl, Inc which delivers specialized professional consulting, staffing and outsourcing across a diverse range of skills and industry sectors. He joined the firm in spring 2000 as an original founder.
Mr. Magagnini brings considerable industry experience to this role, having successfully led the strategy, business development and performance of multiple staffing operations. Currently, he directs all operational responsibility for branches in six states. In this role, he oversees information technology consulting, strategic planning, new business development and client relations and marketing initiatives, and his area of responsibility consistently ranked in the for revenue growth, net income growth, and low turnover.
Mr. Magagnini's areas of responsibilities have consistently driven MedRP's phenomenal revenue growth since inception. Prior to joining MedRP, John had several years experience as sales director at a 2.6 Billion Dollar IT Consulting Company headquartered in Menlo Park, CA. Throughout his career, he has focused on developing strategic business accounts and alliances, as well as developing competitive business models based on best practices and quality Implementation cycles.
Jason Pyle (Chief Operating Officer)
As Chief Operating Officer, Jason Pyle oversees MedRP’s and TechRP’s global operations including all recruitment efforts for TechRP's Worldwide Clients that include many of the US’s largest Fortune 1000 and Privately Held Companies. In addition, Jason oversees the creation of far-reaching employee development and reward programs.
Jason possesses over a decade of experience in Information Technology staffing, consulting, and Human Resources. He manages a team of highly dedicated professionals focused on implementing best practices in Information Technology Recruiting utilizing cutting edge sourcing techniques to meet the needs of TechRP’s esteemed clients.
Jason joined TechRP in 2000 after assisting in the creation of highly successful human resource and Information Technology staffing departments at various companies prior.
Jyotindra Patel (Sr.Manager, Western US Accounts)
TechRP’s Senior Account Manager is an Industrial Electronics graduate with over 12yrs of experience in Business Development, Information Technology Resource Management and technical expertise in Voice/Data/Satellite Communications Solutions, and Computer Peripherals Sales.
He has worked to deliver high-value strategic planning, project management, and tactical implementation services to a wide variety of clients ranging from companies just in the emerging stages to Fortune 500.
Since joining TechRP in 2001, he has leveraged his expertise and network of contacts, using the finest mix of Internal and External Consulting Resources and Project Outsourcing, to develop and deploy Human Intellectual to meet an organization’s Information Technology goals.
PVM Srinivas (Vice President – India Operations)
PVM Srinivas is Vice President of TechRP’s India Operations. He has 15 years of experience in the General Insurance and banking domains. Srinivas has served in senior management roles in ICICI and General Insurance companies prior to joining TechRP India. Mr. Srinivas is the main driving force in implementing best HR and operational practices for TechRP India. A man of few words, he has the reputation of a person who knows how to get things moving fast in India. An avid music lover, he holds a dual degree in Management (MBA) and Law (LLB).
